CAMPUS HOLIDAY - Mon, Feb 15

Monday, February 15 is a holiday. YES Prep Northwest will be closed.

VIRTUAL LEARNING FOR ALL - Tue, Feb 16

Due to the inclement weather, all YES Prep facilities will be closed on Tuesday, February 16. Students will participate in asynchronous virtual learning and staff members will work remotely.

• Campus will be closed to in-person learners
• All students are expected to participate on online learning at home
• In-person students may return to campus on Wednesday, February 17

BLACK HISTORY MONTH

Northwest is getting ready to start celebrating BHM in February! We've got a few fun activities lined up for the next few weeks.

• Every Wednesday during February is Blackout - wear all black
• BHM Spirit week - February 22-26
• BHM Movie Night! - Feb 25 @ 6 pm
• Virtual Showcase - Feb 26

VACCINE HESITANCY

YES Prep Public Schools held a session with Dr. Thomas, a local doctor, discuss the Covid-19 vaccine. The session was held for our staff but we'd like to share with our families as well!

The session answers commonly asked questions regarding the Covid-19 vaccine, so we hope you take the moment to watch this video, if you currently have any questions regarding the vaccine.

MEAL DELIVERIES

Curbside and meal delivery will resume Wednesday, 2/17. For the safety of our families, servers and drivers, we will not ask anyone to venture out on Tuesday. Meal deliveries will happen Wednesday through Saturday 2/20 to ensure all families scheduled to receive meals, get them!

We are hosting Virtual campus tours for families interested in applying to Northwest but want to learn more!

Does your current student have a sibling that will be attending Northwest for the 2021-2022 School Year? An application must be submitted for the sibling, our application closes February 12.
