May 3 Tuesday 5:15 PM	8th Grade Spring Trip Parent Meeting	8th Grade Team is hosting a parent meeting on campus to inform on Spring trips. Meeting will be on campus - cafeteria.
May 6	Early Dismissal at 1 PM	Please plan accordingly for pick up from bus/campus, we will dismiss at 1 PM.

 

Senior Signing Day - 5/25

What is Senior Signing Day?

At YES Prep, Senior Signing Day has been an annual tradition where our seniors declare what is next in their journey by sharing what college, university, armed forces branch or post-secondary opportunity they will be pursuing after they graduate. Learn more here.

We are excited to announce that our 8th and 9th Grade HAWKS are invited to attend Senior Signing day on May 25th at the Toyota Center! This is a great opportunity for our HAWKS to be motivated for what's to come in their near future.

In order for your student to attend, the guardian MUST complete the permission slip found in Skyward. If you are allowing your student to attend, the form must be completed no later than May 18.

Spring Trips

May 2 - 9th Grade: Join our 9th Grade Level Team at the virtual parent meeting on Monday, May 2 at 4:30 PM. You will receive in detail more information and cost. Join at 4:30 PM

• May 17: Texas A&M University - College Station, Texas
• May 18: University of Houston- Clear Lake
• May 19: Food Bank-Galleria- Houston, Texas
• May 20: Six Flags Fiesta Texas- San Antonio, Texas

May 3 - 8th Grade: We invite 8th Grade Families to join our 8th Grade Level Team to learn more about their Spring Trip. Meeting will start at 5:15 PM. 

STAAR Testing Days:

HAWKS! STAAR has started and will continue until May. We ask that all students be present for the entire day and come ready with their laptops charged.
